Yesterday we pulled a huge bush out of this spot, had to pull the stump out with the truck. It was so big it covered that entire window, couldn't see out it anymore. So today we planted it all up and I put the bench there.That is a rose of sharon bush on the right, should look nice when it fills up that corner.

So great that you are not afraid of replacing a shrub or two... as I know some folks that would have let the bush grow over their house~~LOL!!

I thought the same as your first commenter! LOL! It looks really nice and now the peeping Tom's have somewhere to stand and the burglars won't have to get a hoist up to get in! LOL! Just teasing...it really does look nice and I bet you get more light in that room too now.
