Pretty Lamp From The Thrift

Went to the thrift yesterday with my daughter. This was one of my finds. Four dollars. Let me tell you I had to carry this around a long time in order to find a place for it. That can wear a person out. Well I think this is where its going to be, at least for today. I leave it on all the time, very small bulb. I have four lamps around the house that I leave on all the time. That way if someone breaks in, in the middle of the night they can see what they are doing.
Have two of the Grand Daughters today, no school, so off to make them some pancakes.

Well, I would say you did just fine finding the perfect spot for it. What a wonderful lamp and only $4.00, you do find the greatest treasures. I need to come junkin in your area. By the way, how would you like to come and decorate my home? You have such a knack for doing wonderful, eye pleasing Vignettes, and you seem to have so much fun at it. Enjoy your day with the girls.

Hi Nancy Jo, such a beautiful sparkly lamp! It is so pretty, I love little lamps like that too and I am always bringing them home and trying to find an outlet for them! We think so much alike sometimes!, I am making a fried chicken dinner for my husband tonight and just put in some baked beans in the oven. Jane's post over on Hope and Thrift really inspired me the other day! They sure are starting to smell good. It is clouding up and I think we are going to get a little rain later. Happy monday! Delisa :)

I do the same thing! I have small lamps and some timed battery candles that I use to light up the house at night...like you say. If soemone breaks in and falls because they can't see their way they'll probably sue me!
It's a very sweet lamp and I wish I could be there for the pancakes! Those lucky grandchildren!

What a cute lamp! It is hard to find places for our goodies sometimes. I have a habit of moving my stuff around too until I find just the right spot.
